I chose English and Communication at Uni back in 2004, so this has always been my thing. Life then took me to international business environments in Shanghai, Berlin and Barcelona (learning Chinese, German and Spanish along the way). This was invaluable experience in seeing how the best – and worst – business leaders communicated, and massive intercultural nuances.
I grew up bilingual (English & Welsh) which made me intricately familiar with thinking and speaking in different ways to different audiences. As a child, I also had a stutter which made me super self-conscious of how I spoke – and had to develop tools to overcome fears, express myself, and make sure I was heard.
In my years of working in event management in Zurich, I saw hundreds of speakers – good and bad. Honestly, there were more bad than good. Which is doubly a pity as they were working in sustainability and it was their job to convince others to save the planet. This made me pay close attention to what distinguished the good from the bad.
Most recently, I’ve dived further into these aspects studying vocal power at RADA in London (the Royal Academy of Drama).
This all now combines to offer 20+ years of experience across 52 countries,

Whether working with individuals or teams, the focus is always the same: improving communication performance in real business situations.
In international environments, strong expertise alone is not always enough.
Professionals are often required to explain complex ideas, lead discussions, and influence decisions across cultures and languages.
When communication is unclear, strong ideas can be overlooked.
Improving communication skills allows professionals to present their expertise more clearly, contribute more effectively in discussions, and communicate with greater confidence.
Not really; the focus is on business communication performance, not language lessons.
We look at how professionals can communicate more clearly and confidently in meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English. As a result, many clients also improve their fluency and confidence in English.
This coaching is designed for professionals who work in international business environments.
It is especially useful for people who regularly participate in meetings, presentations, or negotiations in English.
The coaching is delivered through a series of focused one-to-one sessions tailored to your communication goals.
The structure is discussed during the 20-minute clarity call.
1:1 coaching sessions are delivered online, making them accessible internationally.
Corporate training programs may also be delivered in person within the region.
We briefly discuss your communication challenges and the situations where you want to improve.
The goal is to see whether the coaching is the right fit for you.
