Chris is an experienced trainer from the UK, based in Austria since 2017. He leverages his multilingual, academic and global experience to help professionals, leaders, and teams communicate with confidence in international business settings.
His approach combines applied psychology, communication research, and real-world experience from twenty years across three continents.
Alongside his academic work at FH Vorarlberg — where he teaches Business Communication, Presentation Skills and Critical Thinking — he designs and delivers coaching and training programmes for professionals and organisations across the DACH region.

Not exactly — and the distinction matters. The focus is on communication performance, not grammar lessons or vocabulary drills. Most professionals working in international environments already have workable English. What’s often missing is confidence, structure, and the ability to adapt their message to different audiences and situations. Language naturally improves as a byproduct, but it’s never the primary goal.

Firstly, professionals working in international or English-first environments who want to communicate with more clarity, confidence, and impact — in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and high-stakes conversations. Secondly, DACH companies looking to upskill their teams for international business, trade shows, client communication, or internal collaboration across borders.
The 1:1 coaching is personalised to your specific communication challenges and professional goals — it’s entirely built around you. Corporate training is designed for teams and organisations, with content tailored to your industry, department, and company objectives. Both approaches use the same philosophy: real situations, practical tools, immediate application.
1:1 coaching sessions are delivered online, making them accessible internationally.
Corporate training programmes are delivered in person within the DACH region.
Most people notice a real shift within the first two or three sessions. Because we work on your specific situations rather than abstract theory, improvements tend to show up quickly — in the very next meeting, presentation, or conversation you have.
For 1:1 coaching, a typical initial programme runs over 6 weeks, with sessions tailored to your schedule. For corporate training, programmes range from a single workshop to a structured 6–8 week series. The right format is discussed during the initial clarity call — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach there.
We talk about where you are, what’s getting in the way, and what success looks like for you. It’s a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch.
